Kyndall Johnson - Owner
After spending 15 years owning and maintaining my own rental properties, I’ve developed a sharp eye for the kinds of issues that matter most to homeowners, property managers, and real estate investors.
Originally from Vero Beach, Florida, my wife Sarah and I moved to the Greenville area in 2022 with our two Golden Retrievers, Penny and Parker. We briefly returned to South Florida in 2024 to support my mother through a successful double lung transplant, but made our way back to the Upstate in early 2025 and are proud to now call Greenville home.
Chestnut Home Services began shortly after Sarah became a property manager. After overhearing many of her vendor calls and seeing the frustration of trying to get small jobs done quickly—with clear communication and professionalism—I realized I could help. Not just her company, but others in the same position.
That’s what inspired this business: reliable, responsive help for small but essential property needs, delivered with professionalism, timeliness, and great communication from start to finish.
